Account Deletion

You can ask Store A One to delete your account and the personal information linked to it at any time.
This page explains how to make the request and what happens next.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us at info@storeaone.com
with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. - Include the email address and phone number used on your account so we can find it.
- We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and confirm by email.

What We Delete
- Your account and login details.
- Your profile information, saved addresses and wishlist.
- Your marketing and notification preferences.
- Reviews or comments you posted, or your name removed from them where we need to keep the review text.
What We May Keep
We may keep a limited record of completed orders (such as invoice number, date, items and amount) where
required by tax, accounting or fraud-prevention laws. These records are kept securely, access is restricted,
and they are not used for marketing.
How Long It Takes
- We confirm your request within 7 working days.
- Your account and the data listed above are deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
- You will receive a final email once deletion is complete.
