Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Please visit our Return & Refund Request Form and submit your details within 7 days of delivery. Our team will contact you to arrange pickup or exchange.
Q: How will I get my refund?
A: Refunds can be issued as Store Credit or Cash Refund to your account within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
Q: Which items are non-returnable?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
